Carib Playa, Elviria
Carib Playa is on the coast just 11 km east from the centre of Marbella, between Puerto Cabopino and Elviria. Carib Playa is a older part within the Elviria beach area, situated just a few hundred metres from the Artola Dunes which is protected area of outstanding natural beauty, from where you can walk to the charming Puerto Cabopino to the east.
The properties in Carib Playa are predominantly villa's on relatively small plots; 500 to 1100 m2. many older, more dated properties are being refurbished due to the lack of new-built land. A tendency to be continued, therefore upgrading the desired area of Carib Playa.
