Cabopino
Cabopino's pretty, pittoresque port, with its small boatyard, attractive architecture and choice of restaurants may be a secret for some, but for those in the know, it's not to be missed. Small and tranquil, it may be, but whether you are after an ice-cream at the beach, or a cocktail at the marina, Cabopino Marina's evening buzz is hard to resist.Enclosed in a beautiful residential area, it has 169 berths ranging from 8 to 16 mts long. The marina is open all year round (though some activities are only available during the season from Easter until October). If you have your own boat, berths are available for a daily charge, or you can rent on a yearly basis or purchase outright.
A beautiful beach, where several restaurants and the typical "chiringuitos" will offer you the pleausure of enjoying the savoury grilled sardines (espetos) and "pescaito frito" - fried fish the Malaguenian way.
The wide range of activities available at the marina include chartering a boat or trimaran and dolphin trips, para-gliding or scuba diving. Hire of jet skis, banana boats and ringos are also available here. There is a fully stocked and equipped marine and watersports shop on site.
Fishing is permitted on the sea wall in Cabopino.
