Elviria is a residential area located about 12 km east of Marbella's city centre, with many homes within walking distance to the best sandy beaches on the coast. Elviria is well equipped with services, amenities and entertainment facilities, such as restaurants, backeries, (24hour) supermarkets, tapabars, etc. Elviria is widely considered as one of the most preferred areas to reside eastwards of Marbella town.
